This product uses ultrasonic technology and should work on most dogs. This device may not be as effective on dogs who are hearing impaired or deaf.

Ultrasonic sounds are high frequency and inaudible to most humans. This ultrasonic noise device should NOT be used less than 12 inches from a human ear.

This product can be used indoors, outdoors or taken with you wherever you go.

Your dog can become familiar with the ultrasonic sound after extended use of the product. In order to avoid this try one or all of these tips: turn off the product periodically and when not in use, move it to a new location indoor or outside of your home or turn off for a few days.

Make sure the device is pointing in the direction of the barking and is no longer than 50 feet away and 5 feet from the ground. Try to remove any large obstructions between the device and the dog. Try moving the device to a different place or using a different setting. You may need to consult your veterinarian to make sure your dog does not have hearing problems.
